What is the best way to communicate with you and when are you available?

How will I give you my IG & FB password, websites, listings, etc.?
After we signed the contract, we will discuss on how we can work on that. We want to make your you are comfortable with giving us your password and other details. We will make sure it is safe.
When will I be billed?
I will be requiring you pay at least 1 month advance.
You will be billed at the start of each of your month we started.
(For example we started on 1st, you will be billed on 1st of each month)
What if I want to terminate my contract?
I require 30 day notice before termination takes effect.
